Are the containers reusable?
Our containers are not washable and so that makes it not reusable. Our containers are meant to replace the single use plastic containers used in the food & beverage industry.
We have some tips on how to prolong the life of the containers before disposing of them.
Can the containers be used in the freezer? For How long?
Yes, these containers are freezer and fridge safe. You can store food in the freezer for long periods of time.
Can the containers be used to cook with in the oven?
Update: We recently did some baking tests with several of our containers, and found that it can be used in the oven to bake breads and other baked goods.
Our test parameters are:
- Oil Based Batter Banana Bread
- Temp: 250ยฐC (give or take as oven temp fluctuates)
- Duration: 45 mins
PLEASE BE AWARE - we still want to stress to exercise extreme caution when trying this especially in the beginning to avoid fire accidents and burns. Please stay safe.

How do I store these containers?
Like any other food containers, please store in a clean, cool & dry place.
Our containers do not expire, but best stored for no more than 2-3 years in storage.
How long before the containers break down?
These containers will start to break down and decompose around 90 - 180 days AFTER the container has been thrown away. It will not decompose while in use.
Will the containers break down while im storing food inside?
Nope, they will not break down until they are thrown away and mixed with some dirt and soil, oxygen, moisture and bacteria found with you food scraps.
Are these really compostable?
Yes, definitely! We're not about that green washing life.

- We will be in touch with you via email within 24 hours with your Proforma Invoice.
- If we have any additional questions, we will contact you via email or text.

- After payment has been deposited, please email a copy of the proof of payment.
- We now do daily and same day dispatch. For payment received after 5pm, we can dispatch your order the next morning (except Sundays).
Please do plan ahead and please give time for us to prepare your order. We will do our best to ship as fast as possible.

- We will let you know that your order is ready to ship in advance, so you know to expect it.
- We will follow the shipping method chosen on the order form.
- We dispatch orders as they become ready, so if you have certain schedules or you're not sure when you'll be ready to receive shipments, its better to book your own rider, so you can schedule at your own preferred time.
- The Rider name and amount will be sent to you via email for your reference.

Is there a Minimum Quantity Order?
Yes, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is only 100pcs per style, or you can mix 2 styles of 50pcs each.
What are your payment options?
You may choose from the following payment options:
- Bank Deposit - BDO, BPI
- GCash
- Cash on Pick Up (only when you opt to pick-up)
Can I pay by COD?
Yes, COD is possible only thru the pabili service of motorcycle rider companies, or if you pick-up. Fees may apply.
I need an O/R, can you issue it?
Yes, ofcourse! Please indicate your TIN# and "invoice to" name and address on the order form for faster processing.
Can I get a wholesale discount?

Can I purchase samples?
Yes, sample sets are available for purchase
You may fill out the order form and you will find the Sample section at the very top of Product selection section. Please choose how many samples you need.
Do you just ship, or can I pick up the order?
You may come and pick-up your order. Please get in touch with us to arrange the schedule, so we can prepare everything for you.
Which courier do you use?
We have a few options for you:
- Same Day: Mr. Speedy, Lalamove, Grab Express, etc - Metro Manila orders, we recommend going with this option
- Ground: ABest, J&T Express, Capex, etc
We do our best to find the best rates for you. If you have a preferred courier, please get in touch with us to arrange this.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee will depend on where you are located and what you are ordering. From there, we can estimate the dimension of the box we will be using and call for shipping quotes.
Can you ship to the province?
Yes, we do ground shipping nationwide using couriers like ABest, 2Go, Capex, etc. Please give us some time to call the courier for quote.

What are your products made of?
Our products are made with sugarcane bagasse - a by-product of the sugarcane used in the sugar industry. You may read more about it HERE

When are you going to carry - bags, trays, etc?
We are really being mindful and thoughtful and we only want to offer the best quality and useful products that we believe the market is looking for.

You keep saying compostable, but what is it?
Compostable items are organic matters that are capable of breaking down to become nutrient rich soil.
Our containers are 100% made from sugarcane bagasse and no plastic therefore it is capable of breaking down and enriching the soil if composted.
The best thing to do is to compost these containers properly (regular or bokashi method) so it can break down and be reused as soil, but if left in the environment, these container will still break down naturally into CO2 and H2O.
So what is biodegradable then? And what's the difference?
Biodegradable items simply refers to any material that can break down and decompose in the environment. What it breaks down into could be anything though, there could be traces of metals or even micro-plastic in biodegradable items.
Meanwhile, compostable items always breaks down into a nutrient filled thing called humus, which if composted properly can release valuable nutrients to the soil helping trees and plants grow.
All compostable material is biodegradable (because they break down and decomposes), but not all biodegradable material is compostable.
