We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team! The main objective of this role is to ideate, collaborate and execute the marketing initiatives of the company.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Have some experience with photo / video editing tools.
- Are excited and willing to try and execute new projects and initiatives.
- Are a self-starter, roll up your sleeves type of person.
- Have fun ideas and know how to plan and execute them.
- Are drama-free! We’re a friendly bunch, no need for drama mama
- Are interested in learning about the eco-friendly packaging world and have passion to help our planet.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work with the creative head to ideate social media posts.
- Create the social media, website and email collateral.
- Initiate and execute special marketing projects.
- Track and measure the success of our marketing initiatives.
- Community engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This is a hybrid role – mix of WFH and Onsite. Must be able to report to the office atleast 3x a week in Sta Ana, Manila or San Juan office.
- Know how to use a Microsoft Office Suite, G Suites, Canva. Bonus if you know how to use Adobe programs.
- Fresh grads are highly encouraged – we will train.
- Must be organized, efficient, and able to problem solve.
- We highly value results and getting the job the done attitude. We won’t micro manage so having initiative is very valuable to us.
- We also value good attitude over experience. We want a nice working environment for all of us.

SETUP:
- Work is hybrid setup of WFH and Onsite – 3x a week in our office in Sta Ana, Manila.
- Working hours is from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday
- Deliverables, deadlines and KPIs will be set and scheduled.
- Daily updates and communication will be done via messaging app, and EOD report via email.
- Salary Offer: Minimum wage during trial / training period, then will increase based on performance upon regularization. All government benefits will also be provided.
- There will be a probationary or trial period so we can both see if this is a good fit.
