We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The main objective of this role is to assist the team with daily administrative tasks and order processing.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Are a self-starter, roll up your sleeves type of person.
- Are excited and willing to learn about new things, systems and processes.
- Have fun ideas and know how to plan and execute them.
- Are drama-free! We’re also not into drama unless its on TV 😊
- Are interested in learning about the eco-friendly packaging world and have passion to help our planet.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with order processing
- Assist with packing orders
- Assist with inventory upkeep
- Assist with other administrative activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This is an onsite role. Must be able to get to the office located in Sta Ana, Manila
- Know how to use a Microsoft Office Suite, G Suites. Bonus if you know how to use Canva.
- Fresh grads are highly encouraged – we will train
- Must be organized, efficient, and able to problem solve.
- We highly value results and getting the job the done attitude. We won’t micro manage so having initiative is very valuable to us.
- Bonus: if you have experience in similar nature of work and/or industry
SETUP:
- Work is onsite in our office in Sta Ana, Manila
- Office hours is from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday
- Salary Offer: Minimum wage during trial / training period, then will increase based on performance upon regularization.
- There will be a probationary or trial period so we can both see if this is a good fit.
